The Opera

This application offers 24 librettos of opera masterpieces, accessible on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Each libretto is available in its original language, English, or in a bilingual format, providing a comprehensive reading experience.

Additionally, users will find insightful background information regarding the operas’ origins, concise plot summaries, and detailed character lists. The app is designed to enhance the experience of reading the libretto while listening to the accompanying music, although it should be noted that audio of the operas is not included.
